Well~ Toronto was great fun. I took lots of pictures and I finally got my poutine! *dance* It tasted just as good as always. |3 I was so happy. <3 I ended up gpoing to see Shauna, since Sheri wasn't at work. She gave me hell for not writing her on Gaia. Oops. >>;
Angel and I invested in the Morning Musume Sexy 8 Beat concert DVD, since it was so cheap. It's the one with Yossie's grad on it. ;~; Twas sad~ We're thinking we'll buy the Wonderful hearts 2006 DVD next time, if they have it. I also ended up buying an adorable new purse. <3 It's so cute. I adore it. X3 We wore lolita for the trip and I must admit, I love the coordinate I decided to wear~ It was pretty. <3

I decided to treat myself and buy a few lolita items today. I've been good and haven't really spent any money on it recently, so I bought a few accessories. I want the Wonder Party skirt very badly, but I just can't afford it right now. So, these will cheer me up and make me feel better. X3
I'm hoping I'll get the bunny plush novelty from BABY, but they might run out before Mai gets there. But, I'll be happy regardless. ^__^ <3 The ring is supposed to look like a cookie~ It's so cute, eh? *_____* I've had my eye on that wallet ever since it went up for reservation! I was gonna reserve it, but decided to wait a while. And they still have it! *dancedance* And the bunny cel phone pouch was just cute, so I bought it. X'D

I decided today that I need to win the lottery. I was browsing Angelic Pretty and BABY and came to that conclusion. It's the only way I'll ever be able to afford a pretty wardrobe. Sooo much pretty stuff. But, it's sooo expensive. ;;
We ended up going out with Mich and Len for coffee tonight. Twas fun, even if we only went to Starbucks. XD I got a 'Chelsea Brownie'.
All it is is an espresso brownie that's heated up and served with whip and caramel drizzle. An Ashley brownie is that without the caramel, but Chelsea insisted. Who am I to argue with extra drizzle? <333 But, we decided tonight that we're gonna have a Shabu Shabu soiree at our place on November 1st, since Angel and I are both off that day. Should be interesting, as I've never had it. But, it sounds good and it'll be a fun experience.
Which leads me into another piece of interesting news: Sarnia's getting a Japanese/Sushi restaurant. Crazy, eh? It's a sushi house, but everyone's been saying that they should do other stuff too. I'll probably have a lolita day and go there for lunch~

Long story short: I'm not getting married on Halloween. I'm still with David. Nothing's happened to us. We're fine. <3 Just other issues which I don't care to discuss. Maybe I will at a later date~
So, given that halloween won't be too exciting for me anymore, I'm gearing myself up for Christmas. I feel like such a cihld, but truly, I love Christmas. I was looking at cards a few days ago and I already bought a friend of mine her Christmas gift. (Just have to remember to send it before Oct. 31st so it'll get there in time. ;D) However, this brings me to my next piece of awesome information.
As I'm sure you all know, I work for Starbucks. At Starbucks, we go crazy at Christmas. We're hardcore into decorating and cheer and holidayness. :D However, I have been informed that I can take this to the next level. At work, we have a seasonal position called: The Holiday Hero. All this person does is sample, help people with gifts and ideas, wrap stuff and generally help with stocking and whatnot. And dude, I wanna do it. So bad. They get an awesome red apron to wear and are basically the 'face' of Starbucks for the holiday. Angel and I are both going for it, but I really hope I get it. <3

So, a few days ago at work, Terry finally revealed the 'SECRET SUPRISE' she bought for me that she originally intended as my bridal shower gift. It was the Barista Babe costume. X'D So, I tried it on. <3

So, I ended up caving tonight. I promised myself I wouldn't spend any money on lolita until after the wedding and so far, I'd been doing pretty well. However, I am in the market for new winter stuff. (Coat, scarf and boots.) Meta has just released a new set of scarves, and I really liked one of them. So, I caved and bought one. .__.;
But, like I said, I needed a new scarf. So, it's not too bad, right? And it was just that. The only other thing I was contemplating buying is already sold out. *shrugs* Oh well.
Angel and I got matching ones. Cute, eh?

I also got my AWESOME Rose of Versailles cel phone straps in the mail yesterday. I tried to take a picture, but my camera sucks at close range. D:
I put Marie Antoinette and Oscar on my phone and they seem happy~~~ I also got like 2 extra Marie's (gone to mum and Angel), an Andre (looove <3) and I got a Fersen (which I intend to destroy DDD: In other news, Alex is making me a comments feature so people can comment on every entry, instead of just in my guestbook. Not that people visit, but still. >__>; I also sent out a card to Rhona today and paid like a billion dollars postage. @___@; Seriously! Sooo much postage! It was insane.

Re: CoM is actually being released over here! @___@ I found out last night and I practically danced with joy! For those who don't know, Chain of Memories is the middle installment of the Kingdom Hearts series. It was released for GBA and wasn't very popular. I love it, however. RE: CoM is the remake of the game for PS2. It was released in Japan with Final Mix+ and I've been despairing over how much I wanna play it. XD

Well, this has been a busy last few weeks. o___o; We finally have an officiant and a place to get married. It's coming up so fast! >w<;; It's kinda scary, but still very exciting. I hope everything will go alright.
So, as the title of this post states, I just realized that the stripes on this layout are mint green. X'D My laptop showed them as a light blue-y green. :'3 oops. Oh well. Still pretty. *nodnod*
David's been sick for the past week woth a stomach flu. D: He's finally over it, we think. It was just weird, though. He'd get up, shower, leave the house, eat something for breakfast before heading to work then get sick. @___x; We were coming to the conclusion that he was pregnant for a while, but nope. Oh well~

It's kinda weird not having a Kingdom Hearts layout~ I still love that game, by the by. I'm counting down the minutes till 358/2 Days and Birth by Sleep are released. @___@ *foams* I wanna play them both sooo badly. X3 <333 But, I'll be patient and wait for them. I'm replaying Kingdom Hearts 1 and damn, I hate the gameplay. DDD: I got too used to KH2. ;~;
Moving on, sitewise I'm going to start updating with more lolita-y schtuff. I'm putting up a gallery of my awesome clothing and of me wearing said clothing and I may add other stuff later. :3 Sorry Jake~ I know this'll bore you senseless, but it's what I like. |3
